Pricing
Nothing is charged today, anywhere. The capability does not even exist technically, because there is no legal entity yet to collect. This page states what will apply, because you are entitled to know that before you list rather than after.
What applies today
Zero charge on every platform, for every user. No active payment processing. No way to charge you even if we wanted to.
The model, decided and published in advance
Sale and long-term rental
No commission. Ever. The transaction with your buyer or tenant happens entirely off-platform, and your price stays your price.
Short-term stays and vehicle hire
Here the booking will happen inside the platform, and a percentage of the booking will apply, as is standard for services of this kind. We are saying so now rather than letting you find out later.
How much is the percentage
It has not been set, which is why no number appears here. When it is set it will be published on this page, and you will know it in writing before the first booking it applies to.
What we promise about the manner
- Written notice before any charge. You will not wake up to an invoice.
- Published terms. No hidden charges, no percentage that appears only on the receipt.
- No commission on a sale or a long-term rental, whatever else changes.
Founding member
Four things, with specific numbers - not vague promises:
- Free until the business officially launches, and twelve more months after that.
- Locked price for twenty-four months after the free period ends — not forever, but real value, with a cap.
- A permanent "Founding Member" badge on your profile — it says you were here from the start, not "verified."
- A direct line to the founder and a voice in product decisions, for the first professionals.
No visibility or ranking priority — your listing appears under the exact same criteria as everyone else's. A limited number of spots.
Are you a professional?
The first to list get founding-member status, on specific terms — not a vague “preferential price”.
