Terms of Service
Current as of August 9, 2026. We may update these terms as our services evolve — material changes will be announced through the platform.
These terms apply to every use of VVOX services. They are the common core. Each platform additionally has its own annex, which you accept only if you use that platform. Creating an account accepts the core and Annex A (EstateVox / DriveVox). Annex B (IntimaSuite) is accepted separately, only if and when you enter it.
1. Who you are contracting with
Your contracting party is VASILEIOS MISARGOPOULOS, founder of VVOX, acting as a natural person until the company is incorporated. Contact: support@vvoxenterprises.com. After incorporation, this section will be updated with the legal entity's details (company name, registered office, VAT number, companies-register number), which will take its place.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Creating an account or using any VVOX platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
3. Our Services
VVOX operates a shared ecosystem of platforms with one account and one AI system, Noemia. Live today are EstateVox (property) and DriveVox (vehicles), covered by Annex A.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a VVOX account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our platforms — including but not limited to attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service availability, or using the platform for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
All VVOX branding, software, and platform design remain the exclusive property of VVOX Enterprises. Users retain ownership of content they submit, subject to a license allowing us to operate the service.
8. AURA tokens
AURA tokens are closed-system reward points within VVOX, with no monetary value and no ability to be redeemed for cash. They are earned only through specific actions within our platforms and spent only on VVOX services as published from time to time. They are never transferable between user accounts and are never issued or traded on any blockchain or distributed ledger. AURA tokens earned as rewards expire according to the terms in effect when they were earned, with notice before expiry. VVOX reserves the right to correct errors in an account's AURA tokens balance, notifying the user when a correction reduces their balance.
9. Limitation of Liability
VVOX provides its platforms “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, VVOX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. This limitation does NOT apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, nor to damages arising from injury to life, body or health, nor where the law does not permit a limitation of liability.
10. Termination
VVOX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, to protect the integrity of the platform and its users.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Greek and European Union law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Greek courts.
12. Governance, changes to these Terms, and complaints
VVOX is run by its founder: the person who answers your messages is the person who makes the decisions and writes the code, with no sales department in between. That is the context in which the commitments you read on the product pages apply. Changes to these Terms and to the charging terms. These Terms, and the charging and pricing terms, are amended only in writing. Any amendment is notified to you on a durable medium — email to your account address — at least fifteen (15) days before it takes effect. The period is longer where the change requires technical or commercial adaptations on your side: you are then given the time reasonably needed to make them. Within that period you may terminate the contract at no cost and without giving a reason, from your account page or with an email to support@vvoxenterprises.com. No change applies retroactively to a listing already published. When the notice period does not apply. The fifteen-day period does not apply where (a) we are under a legal or regulatory obligation that leaves us no room to respect it, or (b) an immediate change is necessary to address an unforeseen and imminent danger — fraud, malware, spam, a data breach or another cybersecurity risk — and to protect the service, the vendors and the visitors using it. In those cases the change takes effect immediately, is notified to you without delay, and states the reason the period was not observed. The ranking criteria for results are published and applied uniformly to every vendor, with no paid priority (see the Ranking page). A complaint, objection or dispute is submitted to support@vvoxenterprises.com and answered by a person; there is no automated rejection without a reason.
Annex A — EstateVox & DriveVox
A1. What this covers
This annex applies to EstateVox and DriveVox. You accept it by creating an account.
A2. VVOX's role
VVOX facilitates the connection between interested buyers and sellers or professionals. It acts solely as a technology intermediary: it is not a party to your transaction, does not verify the details declared in a listing, and is not responsible for the conduct of third parties or the outcome of a transaction. Every listing is reviewed by a person before publication; that review concerns compliance with these terms and is not a verification of the details.
A3. Reporting illegal or misleading content
Any user can report a listing, without an account. You receive confirmation of receipt and a reasoned response for any removal decision. This obligation arises from Articles 16 and 17 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA).
A4. Professionals
A professional user declares a company name and VAT number and is responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including fields required by law. The distinction between a professional and a private individual is shown on every listing.
A5. Ranking of results
Ranking today is entirely organic and follows the sort control you choose. Visibility is not for sale and there are no promoted positions. If they are introduced, they will be clearly labelled as sponsored and the ranking parameters will be published.
A6. Revenue model
On a sale or a long-term rental there is no commission, ever — the transaction happens entirely off-platform. For short-term stays and short-term vehicle rentals, the booking will happen inside the platform and a percentage of the booking will apply. That percentage has not been set. Nothing is charged today and the capability does not technically exist; any change will be given to you in writing and in advance.
Annex B — IntimaSuite
B1. What this covers
This annex applies to IntimaSuite — SynVox (dating) and Velvox (intimacy products e-shop). You accept it separately, only if and when you enter those services. It is not part of the terms accepted by someone who uses only EstateVox or DriveVox.
B2. Status
Neither service operates today. The annex exists so that the terms are ready before anything opens, not because there is something to use.
B3. Age and content
These services are for adults only. Additional terms will apply to age verification, content and conduct, and will be published before launch.
B4. Data separation
Data from these services is not combined with the data of your professional account on EstateVox or DriveVox.
