How results are ordered

The order listings appear in is not for sale. There is no paid placement, no top ad, no paid refresh. The parameters are the same for every professional.

The main parameters, in the order they count

1. 1

   The criteria the visitor chooses

   If they sort by price, area, year, bedrooms or price per square metre, that is the order. No other parameter interferes.

2. 2

   Date listed

   When the visitor has chosen no sort, the newest appear first. That is the default, and the only one.

3. 3

   The visitor's filters

   Area, type, price and the rest decide which listings appear. They do not affect the order among them.

What never affects the order

• Any payment to VVOX, in any form.
• A professional's plan, seniority or size.
• Founding-member status. It marks the profile; it never buys a position in results.

What is sold, and why it changes nothing here

Listing capacity, tools, photography, a feed for large fleets and a shop page are legitimate products. None of them moves a listing above another professional's.

This disclosure is required by Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 (P2B), Article 5, for any platform hosting business users. We publish it before the first professional arrives, not because anyone obliges us today.

If the parameters change, this page is updated and registered professionals are notified at least fifteen days in advance, as Article 3 of the same Regulation requires.
