What listing with VVOX actually means.
For registered professionals — agents, rental companies, lessors — with a business tax ID. Not for private individual sellers.
We're before our official launch, and we'd rather be honest about it. Everything below is true today, not a promise for later.
What it costs
No charge until the business officially launches. On sales and long-term rentals, zero commission — you pay only a listing fee, the transaction with the buyer happens entirely off-platform. On short-term bookings, payment runs through Stripe Connect directly to you — VVOX takes its fee at the moment of booking, never holding your funds in between.
Founding member
Five things, with specific numbers — not vague promises:
- Free until the business officially launches, and twelve more months after that.
- Locked price for twenty-four months after the free period ends — not forever, but real value, with a cap.
- A permanent "Founding Member" badge on your profile — it says you were here from the start, not "verified."
- A direct line to the founder and a voice in product decisions, for the first professionals.
No visibility or ranking priority — your listing appears under the exact same criteria as everyone else's. A limited number of spots.
How you list
Honestly, where we are today: self-service professional signup doesn't exist yet, so the first step goes through us - not because we want it to be hard, but because we haven't built it yet.
