Introduction
These terms apply to every use of VVOX services. They are the common core. Each platform additionally has its own annex, which you accept only if you use that platform. Creating an account accepts the core and Annex A (EstateVox / DriveVox).
2. Acceptance of Terms
Creating an account or using any VVOX platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. The page "How results are ranked" (vvoxenterprises.com/en/ranking), in the version in force at any time, also forms part of these Terms; changes to it are announced as set out in Article 12.
From the same date, “Annex B to the Terms” is withdrawn.

What it costs
Nothing until charges begin — we will tell you in writing at least 15 days before. No commission on sales or long-term rentals, ever.
Founding member — the first 100 professionals
Any price change is announced to you in writing at least fifteen days before it takes effect, and until then you can leave at no charge. Free until charges begin, and for 6 more months after that. First to try every new tool, before it opens to everyone. A say in what we build next. A permanent "Founding member" badge on your profile. Your founding seat is assigned when your first listing is approved. It earns you terms, not placement — your listing ranks like any other.
