VVOX started in April 2026, founded by Vasileios Misargopoulos in Athens.

The person who answers your message is the person who writes the code. Whatever you ask either changes quickly, or you get the explanation for why it does not.

Filtering at neighbourhood level rather than only by city, so the results match where you actually want to be.

Seeing a vehicle's equipment and a property's features as fields you can filter on, not as free text buried inside a description.

And being able to ask in your own words instead of guessing which box to tick. That is what Noemia does — the same AI across every one of our platforms, in Greek and English — and it always states that it is an AI.

On a sale or a long-term rental, no commission. The transaction with your buyer or tenant happens entirely off-platform, and your price stays your price.

Short-term stays and short-term vehicle rentals work on a different model, and we are saying so now rather than letting you find out later: there the booking happens inside the platform, and a percentage of the booking applies, as is standard for services of that kind. Nothing is charged today and the capability does not even exist technically. When it is switched on, the percentage will be published and you will know it in writing before your first booking.

The listing and the customer are yours. Your contact details are shown to an interested buyer without them having to create an account.

Ranking today is entirely organic. Visibility is not for sale, there are no promoted positions, and every listing appears in exactly the order the sort control says.

Before any charge, you will be told in writing and in advance. You will not wake up to an invoice.

We do not promise you traffic. We are new and we do not have an audience yet. Anyone promising you visitors before those visitors exist is lying to you.

We do not promise you dates. We announce things when they work, not when they are planned.

We do not promise everything will be free forever. A platform with no revenue does not survive, and a platform that does not survive is worse for you than one that charges clearly. What we do promise is the manner: in writing, in advance, on published terms, with no hidden charges, and never a commission on a sale or a long-term rental.

The server and the database sit in a data centre in Germany, inside the European Union.

The database is backed up automatically every night, and the copy is also kept in a second, separate location away from the server. Every night that copy is automatically restored into a temporary database and its row counts compared against the real one — if it does not restore correctly, we find out the same night.

Photos you upload are stripped of their hidden data before storage: GPS coordinates, device model, capture time, serial numbers.

You can download or delete your account's data yourself, from your account, whenever you like, without asking anyone's permission.
